Bursaries available to attend AAN’s Nursing 2.0 conference

There are several options for bursaries and financial support to contribute to attend the Alberta Association of Nurses’ 2025 conference: Nursing 2.0.

Nurses can also look to their employer, the Canadian Nurses Foundation, or the Alberta Registered Nurses Education Trust (ARNET) for financial support.

The Personal

Since January 2024, The Personal Insurance Company (TPIC) has offered AAN members the best premium discounts for Home, Auto, Pet, and Travel insurance. The Personal is the title sponsor for Nursing 2.0!

TPIC is offering 50 AAN members a $100 bursary towards the conference fee.

• Bursaries are open to AAN Active members. (Students and Retired members are not eligible for bursaries as their conference tickets are already at a reduced rate).

RhPAP – for rural nurses

To support rural health professionals to access the conference, Rural health Professions Action Plan (RhPAP) is providing registration bursaries of $393.75 for the first 10 eligible rural RNs, LPNs, RPNs, or NPs to apply and provide proof of registration by March 30, 2025.
