Notice is hereby given that the annual meeting of members of the Alberta Association of Nurses (the “Annual Meeting” of the “Association”) will be held on 24 October at 19:00 by Zoom.
All members of the Association are entitled to receive notice of, attend, and vote at the Annual Meeting.

The following business will be considered at the meeting:
1. Approval of the agenda.
2. Approval of the minutes of the Annual Meeting of Members held 09 November 2022.
3. Presentation of the Financial Statements.
4. Appointment of the public accountant/auditor – Mowbrey Gil LLP.
5. Consideration of a by-law amendment.
