Ted James Scholarship

The Ted James Scholarship Award honours Edward (Ted) James, the Founder of the Psychiatric Nurses Association and first President 1950 – 1958. Ted James received tremendous support in his efforts to form the Alberta Psychiatric Nurses Association which was founded on May 1, 1950. Throughout his life, Ted James was committed to the ongoing advancement of high-quality psychiatric nursing education programs graduating well-qualified psychiatric nurses.

The Ted James Scholarship is awarded to RPNs to support advanced education.  More details about the Ted James Scholarship will be available soon.
